Client’s Need
Real-time safety and health monitoring of operators working in factory, isolated or dangerous environments. Detection of man down detection, cardiac stress and lower limb stress to provide anonymous operator health indexes, propagate alarm and data analysis of trends.
Approach
Wearables setup involves smart insole and smartwatch that transmits pressure data and IMU data to a smartphone that anonymizes the data and send them to the cloud server, where the GUI traces the health trend and propagate the potential alarms. Extensive data collection has been performed considering various operators and operational task, such as maintainer, factory operator, crane operator and employee, to train AI algorithms, capable to monitor cardiac stress (over short and ling time), man down detection and lower limb stress and weight.
Main Outcomes
- Detection of the state of health and stress of lower limb (punctually and cumulative exceed weight), cardiac stress and man down detection.
- Solution works for various operative tasks.
- Solution is an ecosystem, where different wearables could coexist and could be integrated incrementally.
