The Energy SAvings and COMfort optimization (ESACOM) project has allowed the creation of a non-invasive retrofitting system on existing control / air conditioning systems, economically advantageous, easy to integrate with the existing plant situation and which leads quickly and easily to energy optimization.
This system is part of a technological platform capable of providing a scalable tool for managing existing energy and plant data, objective, and subjective measures in the field to support implementation.
The key technologies are composed of sensors, databases, hardware and software infrastructures.
The project Dynamic Integrate ShopfLoor Operation Management for Industry 4.0 ( DISLOMAN) made it possible to create an ICT platform for an integrated, dynamic and autonomous management of production operations with a high level of automation.
The sensors, software and mobile applications developed for the project allow the optimization of resources (people, materials, production systems).
The technologies implemented are applied to four high-impact supply chains on the territory: car manufacturing, machine tools manufacturing, precision mechanics, pharmaceuticals and agri-food.
